Greg Baran
Co-owner
Greg began his career in the industry in 1987. In addition to receiving a Diploma in Sustainable Landscaping from the University of Guelph, he has received extensive training in all aspects of building maintenance. His core values are honesty, hard work, and good communication. A desire to chart his own path, led him to launch this Toronto based company in 1996.
Whether working with property managers to care for condominiums, or managing maintenance contracts with companies such as Holt Renfrew, or Brookfield Properties, customer satisfaction is the priority. Maintaining several contracts for over 25 years is a great source of pride.
Adedoyin Ogunjobi, PMP.
Business Manager
Adedoyin Ogunjobi is supply chain, project management professional with experience across multiple industries. Co-owner of HPC alongside her husband, Greg, Adedoyin oversees the strategic direction of the business, supervises the company’s fiscal operations and implements operational strategies.
Before relocating to Canada in 2011, she was also involved in business development, consulting and professional training for executives and organizations at Abuja Graduate School, Nigeria. She is passionate about sustainable development and has engaged in projects and research work in this area. Recently, she partnered with fellow professionals and Second Harvest to provide recommendations to improve the latter’s food track and trace methods. She has two post graduate certificates- in Supply Chain Management and Human Resources from Humber College as well as a Bachelor’s degree in French from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Nigeria.
Timileyin Ogunjobi
Supervisor
My name is Timileyin Ogunjobi. I am a Supervisor at Heritage Property Care. I work in various aspects of the business- cleaning at a number of condominium properties we manage, and handling set cleanings for film studios. I was part of the cleaning crew for Big Brother Canada, LOL (Last One Laughing) & Wall of Chefs. I manage property clean up and landscape services for commercial sites.
Beyond my professional pursuits, I am passionate about Aviation. In line with that passion, I recently graduated from Seneca Polytechnic with an Advanced Diploma in Aviation Safety. Together with my colleagues, I work towards fulfilling all tasks in an effective manner and promoting an open workplace culture. It’s so important that our customers know that we go over and above to provide the best service. Cheers!
