We work with property managers, building superintendents and studio managers to care for the day-to-day needs of condominium complexes, commercial properties, and studio sets. We provide full-service cleaning and can care for light maintenance work as well.

Condominiums and Apartments

We understand that while common elements such as elevators, hallways, and foyers are shared with your neighbours, they are still a part of your home and should be treated as such. This means being diligent and thorough about our work and communicating any problems or concerns about the building to the property manager and/or board of directors.

Depending on the particular needs and concerns of the building, we can prepare a maintenance schedule to care for all routine cleaning and maintenance. This includes specialized services such as carpet cleaning, floor refinishing, and pressure washing.

Film Industry

We know details matter. After construction, we can get a film set ready for its close-up.  Need a rented space cleaned before or after use? We are ready! We will make sure outdoor and green spaces aren't lost in the background
